In the UK the credEcardplus Account and Visa Card is issued by Contis Financial Services Ltd who is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (Firm Reference Number: 900025) to issue e-money and is a member of Visa. In the EEA the credEcardplus Account and Visa Card is issued by UAB “Finansinės paslaugos „Contis“ who holds the electronic money institution license No. 53, dated 23-07-2019, issued by the Bank of Lithuania and is a member of Visa.

Please note that credEcardplus prepaid card is an electronic money product and although it is a product regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or Bank of Lithuania , it is not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme or the Deposit Insurance System of the Republic of Lithuania. We ensure that any funds received by you are safeguarded so that in the unlikely event that Contis Financial Services Ltd or UAB „Finansinės paslaugos „Contis“ becomes insolvent your funds will be protected against claims made by creditors. For any disputes, the Financial Ombudsman Service and the Bank of Lithuania consumers disputes resolutions institution are available.
